To have a fit and healthy body we should be very particular about the diet we eat:
Making body is as tough as the other work we do, it includes lots of inspiration, concentration, positive aptitude and will power.
so to make a good body as a begineer we have to strictly follow the diet chart given below...
1st meal at (8.00 am)
4 Boiled Eggs Without Yellow,
4 Roasted Potatos,
1 Apple
1 Glass Milk or Juice Without Sugar
2nd meal at (11.00 AM) :
Same as 8.00AM Diet
3rd meal at (02.00 PM)
1 Plate Boiled Rice
1 Plate Green Salad
2 to 3 Chapaties
Curd & cerealsl or Veg:
4th meal at (05.00: PM)
Same As 8.00AM Diet
5th meal at (08.00 PM)
Same As 02.00PM Diet
Night : 1 Glass Milk Without Sugar Before Sleeping
Use : 10 to 15 Glass of Water Daily
Avoid : Sugar,Sweets,Soft Drink,Ghee,Butter,Tea & Fried Stuff Etc.
its very tough to make a six pack abs...
